#D12 OCCUPY HOUSTON: Police place a large orange tent over non-violent, prostrate protesters, then drag them out one by one for arrest.

UPDATE: Various suppositions on why the tent was potentially used:
To block out media
To protect against sparks caused by cutting PVC pipe
To disorient protesters/intimidation
At this time, it is not entirely clear what purpose the tent served or was intended to serve.
